We can get there gradually and harmoniously by incorporating more common methods such as Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release, eventually evolving towards techniques with a more refined touch, such as Cranio-Sacral Therapy or InSynchronicity, where I work in synchronicity with your body and your spirit, anatomy and energy systems, such as, meridians and chakras.
